These terms apply when you use the Amazon India Profitability Calculator. The calculator is free. Using it means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

What the calculator is

It is an independent planning tool. It estimates contribution profit, Amazon fees, advertising break-even and a modeled settlement from the numbers you enter and from fee tables stored in the app. It is not Amazon, not Seller Central, and not a fee invoice. Amazon and Amazon.in are trademarks of their owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

Fee tables, GST treatment and tax rules change. A result can be wrong for your category, size, programme, step level or tax position. Check the live fee preview in Seller Central, your settlement reports, and a tax advisor before you rely on a price.

Optional support payments

You may make a voluntary “pay what you like” business support payment through the displayed UPI QR. Payment is never required to use the calculator and does not unlock features, priority or a service level. It is not a charitable donation and is not eligible for a Section 80G deduction. The displayed amount is treated as inclusive of GST where applicable.

Verify the merchant name in your UPI app before authorising a payment. Your UPI app’s confirmation is the payment record. Use the contact shown with the QR to request a GST invoice or report a duplicate or mistaken payment.

Publisher widget

Publishers may embed the calculator using the code provided on the embed guide. Do not obscure its source, alter its results, imply an endorsement, or use it on an unlawful or misleading page. Keep the attribution link with the iframe so readers can identify the tool and open the complete calculator. The widget may be updated or withdrawn without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

Your use

You may use the calculator for your own pricing work. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to break it, or present it as an official Amazon service. You are responsible for the numbers you enter and for the decisions you make from the results.

No warranty

The calculator is provided as it is and as it is available. There is no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, complete, or fit for a particular SKU. Figures are estimates for planning.

Liability

To the extent allowed by the laws of India, the operator of this calculator is not liable for lost profit, a pricing decision, a fee charged by Amazon, a tax assessment, or any other loss arising from use of the calculator. If a liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the calculator. That amount is zero, because optional support is not payment for access to the calculator.

Changes and law

These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
